I don't mean to imply that we need Brandin Cooks specifically, but that type of player.  As much as people hate Ross around here, when he was on the field, Green and Boyd and Eifert ate very well underneath.  You need someone to stretch the field and force defenses to defend every inch of it.  Look at how KC uses Hill, how pitt uses Washington,etc.
