Keep in mind injuries to the knee have different grades of tears. they won't know the extent of injury until the swelling goes down in a scope the need to see what's necessary for surgery.
From when I'm hearing Joe is in good spirits he's joking with everyone. He's either in denial or he knows he's going to be back. He tweeted after the injury that he will be back.
