I want someone respectable with experience building known good defenses. Dean Pees is my first choice, and he apparently wants to un-retire. Not sure this team has a group he'd do that for if he had better offers, but that's who I want.
Wade Phillips is the other, and he also wants to get back into the league. His benefit is that he's not only a great coordinator but also a guy that has been a HC running locker rooms. If Zac is to stay, he needs a respectable 2nd in command to help him out with the ins and outs of being a HC in the league. He has no one like that now.
