Personally, I'm on the fence. I haven't liked a lot of what zt did. On the other hand, I can see where it wasn't entirely his trainwreck (walked into a bad roster; not a lot of time with coaches first season, less time with his picks the second season; probly the worst DC in the league).
But, personal feelings aside, I think he's the head coach through next season. And I think the best thing to do is build the organization around what we've got good. That way if we move on from ZT at the end of the season, we've got an attractive roster and stronger organization to attract a good coach.
