I agree that Zac should be let go after the season, but I also agree that he'll be back for next year. Dehner and Morrison mentioned that the front office had a lot of eye rolls towards Arizona when they fired Wilks after one season. They definitely believe in giving time to a coach.
The absolute minimum this offseason should be a new DC. Push hard for the #1 option and let the guy pick his staff. The concept of forcing current assistants on a new coach needs to go.
Turner should be shown the door, but I imagine Zac will want to keep him around for being his bestie.
