Zac not being able to bring in better coaches was on him. The team would have hired Del Rio had he been interested in working for Taylor. I don’t believe for s second it was a matter of lowballing him. Del Rio (and several others) wisely saw that ZT wasn’t ready to be a HC.

Marvin was able to bring those coaches because he was actually respected around the league.
