The guy was a very good coordinator here and respected coach around the league.

I would not want Hue, Marvin, Gruden (either one) or Bienemy as a HC, DC or OC.
I might take Zimmer as a DC but not a HC.

If ZT cannot go at least 8-8 next year I get rid of the whole staff including Tobin.

Start over with a new regime if that would be possible.
