Both of those are certainly factors, to be sure. I think the biggest issue is the blacklisting that any firm employing these attorneys will face on the social media/MSM circuit. This is not to say that Trump is clean in any way, but the current environment really puts the squeeze on his potential representation. Along with the points you cited, of course.
