An enemy, as far as treason goes, is defined as someone we are actually fighting. So helping Russia for example wouldn’t be treason. More like espionage. Jane Fonda came awfully close though.

But let’s put the treason aside as that wasn’t my main point. Let’s just say he caused an insurrection. Is that going to be pursued?
