I don't want Marvin to retire. I want him fired!! If he retires, then my fear is we keep most of the position coaches, include PA. Maybe firing him, will get rid of the position coaches. I can already hear the interview and MB telling candidates, "we have an excellent staff already and all you have to is clap and do what I say"....
