Mike Brown has NOT done great trying to be GM. I think he knows enough to HIRE a good GM.
Marvin? He's "okay" but is that enough? Is there a BETTER guy or do we just roll the dice? I HATE to jump out of the pan and into the fire. Lazor improved the OC thing. Not sure he'd be a plus head coach with some other OC,new O-line coach.
We NEED to change, evolve but.... "blow it up" may suck.
Thus far, "not blowing it up" has sucked. We're 11-16-1 since last year, with 4 of those wins coming against the lowly Browns. It's beyond time for Marv and co to go.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
