Because Del Rio was a HC and much better as a Coordinator.

You can't sell me that Austin is better than Guenther. It's not even close out side of turnovers. Austin made our Offense look like a well oiled machine. That should tell you all you need to know. But his defenses has been so bad you know he'll come cheap. It's looking like we've gotten worse.

Only good move is Alexander gone, and I'm pretty positive that they'll blow his replacement.

Looks like you guys have to sit back and wait until 2020 for this disaster to play out, but the writing is already on the wall. Don't expect the media or many fans to think we took any steps forward this offseason so far.
