Yeah, there were some vehicular deaths related to illegal immigrants. The solution was to make drivers licenses more difficult to get.

Hence, the unnecessary legislation.

Fraud how? I've been the victim of identity theft (thanks best buy and att). Neither one had to do with me having turn fork over dna for a damn drivers license.*



* Yeah,it's not that bad but it's still damn ridiculous and completely unnecessary. It's all unnecessary theatrics to make you feel safe.
