Hart is only 24 years old with his Prime man strength years still in front of him.
I think his youth factored heavily into the decision to sign him for 3 years.
He can play at ages 25, 26 & 27 (with his August birthdate) and ages 25, 26 & 27 are Prime years.
He could get better if he stays motivated after getting paid.
