Right...because either the team ALWAYS picks the right guys or ALWAYS picks the wrong guys.
It's not possible to have a few good drafts and couple that with good/great coordinators, and then go back to picking the wrong guys.
I'm done with this stupid bullshit. If people can't see that the world is fluid and not static...i'm not wasting my time explaining it to them any more.
