I tried finding the other LE thread, but couldn't, so I'm putting this here.

A an used home surveillance footage of his arrest to shoe evidence the two-officers that arrested him were lying about the circumstances surrounding his arrest and the force used.
One thing to note, though, is don't stop and get out of your car to ask a cop why they're following you. What happened to this dude was unnecessary and these copes deserve punishment. It's just not a good idea to do what he did, though.
