The book is one of, if not, my favorite book of all time. The 1990s series for TV was pretty solid overall, outside of casting choices like Molly Ringwald who was absolutely awful in it. But this was just a mess.
Jumping around the timeline while downplaying how Captain Tripps spread just killed it for me right off the bat. Then casting Whoopi as Mother Abigail, I mean cmon.
Anyways if you dont have CBS access streaming, its not worth it. And if you do the free week trial, Id wait a few weeks til all of it is out. I wouldnt waste 10 bucks a month on this crap reboot tho.
