He did hold it too long a couple of times but that's what he does to try and extend the play when a route doesn't open up immediately. Add in that the Titans confused him, probably, more than anyone this year and the fact that he simply had nowhere to escape to. 

The line got beat more than he held the ball but he's not blameless in all those sacks.
