It's extra bitterly amusing that this bit of nonsense has coincided with our yearly training in the "Dos and Don'ts and No-Duhs" of how to handle classified documents.
I will say that this whole situation is very "OJ trial for white people" where if you can convince people that someone is being framed the more evidence they find is just more evidence that they are framing the guy and therefore more evidence that he is innocent. Kind of hard to convict someone when you can present the smoking gun and people will say "Boy, you're really going through a lot of trouble to make this frame-up job look like an open and shut case, aren't you?"
