Updated Cap Space for Each Team

Keep in mind, this is a completely imaginary list, based primarily on the idea that teams need to set aside 23 million dollars for the following: Rookie pool, offseason workout program, injury settlement, incentives, 9 volt batteries, overdue library fees, and "handling charges".

If every team magically wiped 20 mil off their cap space, then yes, we would be 11th in space.  Although, none of this account for how many players each teams needs to sign, who the players are, ect.

I'm guessing, most teams don't elect to budget this much for these expenses, further moving us down the list.  And being that we have a ton of guys to sign, well, I'm not sure we're sitting all that pretty.  IMO, it's going to take a helluva lot more than 15 mil TOTAL cap space to round this roster the way it should be.
