Agreed. They may have to "settle" for their 3rd or 4th rated WR, but if he's the guy highest on their board, then he's the pick.

The Bengals board, along with most NFL teams, looks nothing like the media boards that we see all over the Internet. We had Eifert ranked as the #8 overall prospect in 2013.
