Pretty much. A few picks they banked to be starters cost them dearly. Had they admitted they were wrong and planned accordingly, who knows were we'd be now. Seems like the sweet spot for this team to be competitive is hitting on around 4-5 starters a draft. That seems like a pretty high mark IMO
