Here's an interesting profile written about Austin from the perspective of a Chicago Bears Blogger regarding the possibility of hiring him as their head coach back in September 2017:

Gives some information on his successes on other teams as well as the connections he's made in the NFL and concerns about hiring him. The main concern they had was regarding his lack of experience developing a QB, which is not a concern when hiring him as a DC.
