I know that he's largely responsible for allowing Brown to become what he has, but that's been a runaway train for years. Now the slate is clean, so I say lets start fresh (well, almost) and see what he can do.

Tomlin's biggest weakness is underachieving despite having great talent so I guess having a less talented roster technically makes Tomlin's weakness less of an issue.
