So...was Marvin holding Ross back?
#61
Listening to his post-game interview, Ross essentially said that he was afraid of making a mistake under Marvin, afraid that he'd be benched.

A reporter asked him if he thought that he';d have been benched last year for dropping a ball like he did there in the first half. Ross replied, "definitely." According to Ross, Marvin made him lose confidence in himself. He ended up playing tight, always afraid of making a mistake, fearful that he'd be yanked.

I think ZT has removed that fear. He made a mistake one play. Next play, he scored a TD. He'd have never gotten a second chance under Marvin.
Today I'm TEAM SEWELL. Tomorrow TEAM PITTS. Maybe TEAM CHASE. I can't decide, and glad I don't have to.
