This, concentrate on coaching the players up and running the team. Putting way too much on his plate and it is blatantly obvious.
The one thing I kept hearing about Zac from McVay and company is he is a great communicator. Stick to your strengths.
It is like Marv always sticking his nose in the Offense where his nose didn't belong.
