Probably the single best cow part purchase I ever made. These are a pound each and dreadfully tender. Originally i got 3 for $27 which by historical standards is outrageous, but just a few years ago beef was selling as high as $25 per pound... Poor, poor cows, but I have one in the broiler as I type this.. Eat your hearts out everyone. Good ol artery clogging goodness at its best.

If you had waited another week, you could have got them for less
