I thought some of the bad areas improved some as the season went on. I expect to see some improvement as the season goes on this year. That happens and we're dominating December, I'm happy. Even if we only win 4-6 games, as long as it looks like we're heading into a solid 2021.
Now if we play flat all year, then I'll get on the "burn it all down" bandwagon.
I don't want to sound like I am just greasing the skids to get Zac out of here, but I don't see how we could look like we are headed in the right direction if we just win 4-6 games.
I'll cut Zac some slack if there are a lot of injuries. We have added a god bit of talent, but we still don't have much depth. And I'll give him a break if we lose some games on hail marys, pick sixes, or some lucky flukes like that, but keeping games close is meaningless. Almost EVERY NFL game is close. When you look at betting lines it is rare to see a spread over 7 points. The biggest difference between good coaches and bad coaches is winning the close games.
