So is the nature of medicine. A medical provider can’t give you a guaranteed outcome. Especially when it involves the public health and working as a team. That’s why your doctor probably discusses with you what to do if things get worse.

Glad he feels great because most have cold or flu symptoms, but there is a chance he might get worse. Such as high fevers, shortness of breath, wheezing, worsening cough. If so he will need to be re-evaluated. Most likely in the ER.

Is that warning dumbest warning of all time because I used “might” and “if” and “likely”?
