As usual you ignore the point to play your stupid games. The White House isn’t okay with getting parents sick, but is okay with getting students sick. If you don’t want sick parents, don’t send students to class to get sick and do virtual learning instead.

But, in general, I don’t agree with having sick college students quarantined in dorm rooms which aren’t private, sharing common spaces such as the bathrooms designed for use by multiple people at the same time, and dining at the dining hall with hundreds of other students. And asking the university to be responsible for their health while sick. It’s a stupid idea in most cases that don’t involve extensive travel arrangements.
