My priority would be to trade down, but there's no guarantee you can based on your asking price.
I wouldn't reach for a prospect, so I'd go with either Chase or Surtain if I can't trade down.
I'd probably lean Surtain in that situation, as I'd be looking to either have a CB1 to pair with Waynes if WJ3 isn't re-signed or planning to move on from Waynes in 2022 if WJ3 is retained. You may say the Bengals can't move on from Waynes, but 2022 is his final year under contract and would free up $11 mill in cap space ($16 mill cap hit minus $5 mill dead cap).
