Just tried it again and I'm only posting this so it's at the top of the threads and I can remember to do it again.

I had to wait until I really, really, REALLY, had to go and everything came out pretty easy, which is good because it was tougher to do than I remembered. 

Hopefully this works (and as quick a you said would be GREAT) and I get at least a little bit of relief!
