I envy anyone who thinks the GOP can just "move on" from Trump, because it's clear you've never had to deal with close relationships with crazy/mean/narcissistic people. I mean, the USA tried to move on from Trump via the 2020 election and here we are 2 years later and he's still the face of the GOP.
