Just out of curiosity, is there a background to Neagan? I've already grown tired of his one trick pony act, but seeing what brought him to this point would be interesting. I've always figured he was a decent guy. maybe he was even a leader, but lax on the rules. Then something tragic happened, and he determined it's never going to happen again.
