This is what makes sense. Zac and Frank tell Mike they are targeting Carmen in the 2nd, and he calls Alexander to get his opinion..... not that he sought out Alexanders opinion to tell Zac and Frank who to target. This is just old guys getting together at Cracker Barrel for breakfast, nothing else.
