I don't believe this for a second.  #1 - This is all about money, and OSU already makes more in the Big Ten than they would in the SEC, and #2 - There is no #2 because it's all about money an the Big Ten TV deal makes the Big 10 the richest conference already.  Now that will likely change when Texas and OU join the SEC, but it won't be an overwhelming difference.
