That pretty much seems to be enough to get a job in the NFL right now. 4 Head Coaches, 2 Offensive Coodinators, 2 Defensive Coordinators, and 2 Special Team Coordinators all are from McVay's staff and McVay's only in his 6th year as a HC (those numbers obviously aren't counting the Rams current OC/DC/STC.)
