Most black grievances are pretty legit if you look back in time..NFL is no exception. It is what it is, a multi billion dollar enterprise owned exclusively by white families, but they own it. Yeah it's a dirty business, but so are supermarkets and fast food joints and every other large industrial scale enterprises. Until the underlying power structure changes it'll remain what it is and that ain't happening in my lifetime.
