As a welding inspector, I want to strangle that guy for the stupidity. But really the problem lies with the driver. First, he obviously shouldn't be allowing that dumb ass to weld on his trailer with it loaded with gas bottles. Secondly, he shouldn't be carrying gas cans directly under that load, either. It seems the guy is determined to see that thing go boom...
