Yeah, certainly not a great D but better than average.  Seems like the stats are valid after 10 games.

The fact that their ranking in scoring and yards are almost equal means the "bend not break" label may not be correct.  They appear to be basically giving up pts commensurate with the yardage they give up.

Their ability to get sacks helps a lot.  Like last CLE drive.

Chances are AJ loses his appeal and he remains a restricted free agent.   If so Bengals probably put a second round tender on him.  If he does for some reason win his appeal and is unrestricted he will probably get offers from better teams than the Browns and chose another team, if he is smart.
