But that O-line is honestly good enough to carry PA.
All pretty damn polished already and those are the only types of OL PA has done well with.
Still definately would like this trade though ha
You said pretty much everything I wanted to say. Please bring in Pollack...I'll take that trade any day, as I'm sure he played some role in building that line. And yeah, that line could carry Alexander.
It figures that the only team to interview Alexander would be the only other team where the Owner is essentially the GM. I'm sure Boys fans are stoked about the possibility of a line coach coming off of 2 dreadful seasons and an inability to run the football, which is what the Cowboys lean on.
They musta LOVED Nate Livings.

Yea, it's worth mentioning that in the ESPN article it talks about how pass protection was an issue for the Cowboys for 2017 (Dak sacked 32 times in 2017 vs 25 in 2016) and Paul Alexander has been known for pass blocking over the years.
Personally, with the Bengals having Mixon and Bernard, I think an emphasis on the run game would be welcomed. And AJ is better than Dez at this stage in their careers, so I think the pass game can still be fine.
What a steal if they get him.

Frank Pollack has shot up my wish list. This is a strong Oline draft so we can get him the level of talent he had with the Cowboys (close anyway).
If they sign Pollack, I won't complain about anything else..........
Until Free Agency anyway.
What is lost in all this, is how the 2 organizations are run.
Dallas: We can't have our QB getting sacked 32 times, fire the line coach
Cincinnati: Tell Andy to rub some dirt on it, Coach PA is a genius let's sign him for 27 years...
Hey Jerry..you looking for a head coach too?

There's goes Zeke in my 2018 fatnasty leagues.
Better trade him for Jeremy Hill and a bag of donuts while he still has value.
Alex Marvez
@alexmarvez
Not sure if out there because I'm flying but source tells @sportingnews that Frank Pollack is new @bengals o-line coach

Who would have been successful with OG and Fisher being our starting tackles to start the season.

A better point; who would have tried doing what PA did this year with the players the Bengals have. There was certainly a better result in the run game the last 6 games of the season when some kind of change was incorporated.
