I have a friend who is a UM and Bengals fan. Not his best weekend.
Too late for this season but in the offseason we have to fire EVERY coach and assistant and bring in all new people who specifically have no history with the prior coaches or the team. That is how you change a culture. Then you start by spending big in Free Agency specifically to fix the OL for real and to get legit LBs.
I have an odd feeling Driskell and Tate can do what Palmer/Chad and Dalton/Green never could.
