We needed a new HC for 5 years. But, no matter who the HC is...they won't have better results until Management Changes.
How many owners would stick with a coach who was 0-7 in the playoffs? 0-3 gets you fired in most cities. No playoff win in 5 years gets you fired at a lot of jobs.

Basically the team needs a total change of culture. And that means every coach and assistant has to go and the front office has to agree to totally be hands off the team, and the new staff has to have had no history with the team at all.
