Not true.
Meyer stated Burrow was ahead of Haskins until his injury. The injury prevented him being able to develop further while Haskins grew in the system and was more prepared when it got to crunch time. In his words Burrow would have been the starter had the injury happened earlier or not at all. Joe didn't like it, so he transferred.
Simmons just too good to pass up there.

Ha, good. I was about to lose it if the Wirfs pick was right as well.
Isiah Simmons is the Best player in the Draft not named Joe Burrow. A lot of teams are going to regret not drafting him.

Ok. Still at the time at OSU he was better than Burrows. Burrows has a better upside but it certainly wasn't apparent in his OSU tenure after his injury.

There is like bare minimum reaction from these drafted players. Almost makes you wonder if this is judt for TV and the real draft was like Tuesday.
