I'm watching on TV and the pick wasn't announced yet. I'm not using a streaming service either. We had this issue yesterday and he was asked to not do that. It's not my fault he decided to act the way he did.

Clearly he should have set up a poll thread with "Have you heard who the pick was? Yes/No" and waited until every registered user replied "Yes" before posting who it was.
If it was announced on TV, then it was already announced. Suspending someone over that is weak.
