Tunsil is almost a $20m hit. Unless they have no intention of keeping him around, they can restructure most of it to signing bonus.
They can do the same with Watson, as he obviously isn't going anywhere.
Watt gets a ton, but as it is hard to say how much longer he will be around, doing the same with him could leave a bunch of dead money in the future if he should retire or they cut ties.
