I mean I get the desire to go for the jugular, but that was a terrible call, throw and catch attempt when it’s just 4th and 2.

But they spotted it where he was at when the whistle did blow.
He got up and ran a few more yards when everyone was standing around before the whistle blew, and the near side official spotted him at that point.
Normal Bengals luck is moving the ball back to where he was on top of the defender.
