They didn't run it three times in a row. They threw it on first down and got three yards.
Looks like a Marv Lewis opening drive - driving at will down the field only to end up in a FG attempt.

Yeah it looked like a run that got stuffed. They were showing a replay and when that was over showed Mixon on the ground.

Burrow got away from heavy pressure on a couple of the big plays they had earlier in the drive.
