Collins flew into town Thursday. He would have flown to Miami by now if there was interest from both parties. I think Mike Brown knows this might be his last chance to win a super bowl so I don’t expect him to cheap out. If Collins doesn’t sign here, you have to imagine that it will be due to his health.
Spit-balling here but his agent and the Bengals could still be ironing out details, post physical and they told him to go out and hit up a mall to kill some time instead of sitting around the stadium.

Yep, if he was pissed about an offer, or wasn't going to sign he'd be on a plane and not at the mall. Maybe the medicals went out to a specialist for 2nd opinion.
