Would like to see a little more pass rush.
Not a good start by the offense but they will get plenty of snaps to improve today. Steelers O is terrible
Wasn't the greatest throw by Trubisky and Awuzie played the coverage right - forced the receiver to pull up a little.
Nice to see defense picked up where they left off last year.

Michael Thomas, the safety version. Team captain.
Mitch overthrew him, but good defense on that drive nonetheless.

Offense scored on 1/2 it’s possessions
Score here and that’s solid efficiency
The offensive scoring drive was the offense messing up scoring and McPherson bailing them out.
So... why arent the squeelers starting out with sacks or Ints with their offense... makes me upset.
Pitt starters played a lot of snaps in preseason and Bengals didn't.
You're just gonna have to chill and allow the team to get into regular season mode. Probably won't take long.
It's weird seeing that the Steelers made Mitch a team captain. Does that mean they intend to start him all season? Or, at some point in the season, is one of their team captains going to be a back up?
Defense okay; O completely out of sync. D is always ahead of O early in seasons but this is partly the lack of snaps together in preseason.

Offense scored on both possessions. Unfortunately not points for us on both drives.

Isn't this how we rolled last year - own the 2nd half?
We didnt play starters in preseason and it shows.
Look for a Chase screen soon.
So far, Mixon has been a pinball back there. He's getting good yardage, but I'm really looking forward to when he really finds that hole and accelerates through it rather than bumping all over the place and falling forward.
